Home Titans provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, home washing, deck cleaning, and related services. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was originally described. Any changes will be communicated before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer and other agreed-upon payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address any concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

5. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes access to water, entry points, and clear working areas. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we take care in all services provided, Home Titans is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces, windows, or structures
Permanent stains, oxidation, or deterioration that cannot be removed
Damage resulting from improper installation, aging materials, or structural issues

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Weather and Scheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen conditions. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Home Titans and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update our services, pricing, and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
