Refund Policy – Home TitansAt Home Titans, we take pride in the quality of our work and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with the service provided.If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service being completed. Upon receiving notice, we will make reasonable efforts to return and correct any issues at no additional cost.Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in situations where Home Titans is unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable attempt to do so. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the concern.This policy applies only to the quality of work performed and does not cover issues arising from factors outside of our control, including but not limited to pre-existing damage, permanent staining, or surfaces that cannot be fully restored.By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
